Beatrice Andrews

Senior Policy Adviser, Cabinet Office

Beatrice Andrews is Senior Policy Adviser in the Open Policy Making team, part of the Government Innovation Group in the Cabinet Office. She is currently setting up the first cross government Policy Lab, to test a range of policy making approaches including design thinking and using digital tools. Beatrice has been working at the Cabinet Office since 2010, initially in the Office for Civil Society, where she worked on social finance and other support programmes for the voluntary and community sector. She subsequently worked in the Efficiency and Reform group on reforming public bodies. Prior to joining the Cabinet Office, Beatrice was Head of Policy at the Big Lottery Fund.
