Dr. Andrew Blick is Lecturer in Politics and Contemporary History, Institute of Contemporary British History, KIng’s College London. He has written extensively about the UK constitution, including on the Civil Service, the office of Prime Minister, and the possibility of introducing a written constitution for the UK. Currently he is writing a work entitled ‘Beyond Magna Carta: a constitution for the United Kingdom’.
