Holds a BA degree in International Relations from the Eastern Mediterranean University and an MA degree in European Politics from the University of Essex. Currently he is working towards his PhD at Brunel University on Turkish foreign policy where he also works as a part-time lecturer. His interests include Turkish foreign policy, foreign policy behaviour and identity.
