Mr. Roy Tedscoe led a mainstream primary school for 12 years with outstanding leadership.

His strengths lie in: project management; knowledge and understanding of local and national trends; strategic planning processes; collaborative school visions; the inclusion agenda; effective team working; pupil entitlement; rigorous school self-evaluation; individual, team and whole school accountability. He currently works as an educational leadership consultant.
