On 14 March 2013 the LCSS Law Platform organised a trip to the Supreme Court for law students at UK institutions. The law students got the opportunity to get a guided tour of the court as well as an expert talk on how the court functions as being the final court of appeal in the United Kingdom. The attendees were also given a historical story of the court as well as some of the interesting cases it has witnessed. The students also got the opportunity to attend a live court case. The trip was of great benefit for law students who were keen on learning about the British legal system. The trip was ended by a lunchtime meal, providing an opportunity for the students to network with each and learn from each other’s legal experiences.
